This last one out of my series of no less than 8 original and local products, all developed and created together in close collaboration with my luxembourg partners over the past 18 months for my brand Gëlle Fra, comes to complete this outstanding product range for the centenary celebration of the famous Golden Lady in 2023. Gëlle Fra Marc de Grappes, Pinot Gris. With 4 years maturation in a beautiful and extraordinary golden color, you can expect a stunning experience of taste and aromas! This marc, made from carefully selected Pinot Gris grapes, is composed of the skin and seeds of Pinot Gris grapes, that is, of everything that remains solid after destemming and pressing the grapes. To get a good yield, it is necessary to wait until the fermentation is completely finished, so that the sweet parts undergo the alcoholic transformation before distilling them. Le Marc de Grappes, Pinot Gris.

Avec 4 ans de maturation qui lui donne une extraordinaire couleur dorée, attendez vous à une expérience gustative et aromatique époustouflante!

Ce marc, issu de raisins Pinot Gris soigneusement slectionnés, est composé de la peau et des pépins du raisin, c'est à dire de tout ce qui reste solide après l'égrappage et le pressurage des raisins. Pour obtenir ce résultat exceptionnel et d0une grande qualité, il faut attendre que la fermentation soit totalement terminée, afin que les parties sucrées subissent la transformation alcoolique avant de les distiller. Aucun sucre, ni arôme sont ajoutés à la distillation.

MY BEAN PORTRAITS "STARS REBORN" FOR THE NEW PACKAGING DESIGN BUDAI COFFEE!

My former coffee roaster and still very good friend, Tim Doppler, owner and roast master, probably the best roaster around I met so far. Nearly most of what I know about great coffee making I learned working for 6 years with Tim and my coffee brand Roude Léiw Bounekaffi. No wonder that I offered him my original concept "Stars Reborn" I developed already in early 2020, in lonely evenings during the very first Covid lockdown and which remained in my archive until now. Great move by Tim in finally using some 6 out of my series of more than 20 portraits to put them on his new packaging design for his perfectly and to the right point roasted coffee selection.

I am quite happy and satisfied with the final result. And there will be more to come in the next months for sure!
